America’s First President: 4th Grade

In this course, we will learn about George Washington, who, for many, is considered to be the ‘Father of America.’ In particular, we will learn about George Washington’s strong faith and the role it played throughout his life. We will also learn about the celebrations that followed George Washington and the Continental Army’s great victory in the Revolutionary War, following which Washington resigned as Commander-in-Chief. Finally, we will learn about George Washington’s life after leaving this post, leading up to and including the important role he played at the Constitutional Convention.
